Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans that grow the bottom line by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. You will recruit, train, and develop top talent while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

The role emphasizes managing client accounts, setting pay/bill rates, supervising staff, and delivering monthly business reviews to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; two years direct sales experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service team.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new clients and protect existing ones.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; deliver high client satisfaction.
• Lead and coach branch team performance, including recruiters and support staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Onboard new customers, handle terms, credit checks, and rate negotiations.
