Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, win back lost/lapsed accounts and develop client relationships.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch staff to deliver service excellence.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiations.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership and clients.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain licenses and notices.
