Job summary

Adecco Group, in the United States, seeks a Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruit top talent, and drive branch profitability. You will own P&L, set budgets, and ensure outstanding service for candidates and clients.

You will establish growth plans for accounts, monitor SLAs, and collaborate with sales and operations to understand client needs, negotiate terms, and maximize fill rates while maintaining high NPS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand client base and win back clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the team; coach recruiters and staff.
• Control branch P&L, budget, and cost; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Lead recruitment strategies; on-board new customers and negotiate terms and rates.
