Responsibilities include growing accounts, managing SLAs, overseeing recruitment strategies, and controlling costs. Strong sales experience, people management, and budgeting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand existing and new client relationships.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; lead recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and local relationship-building with colleges and workforce centers.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and business reviews with clients and internal teams.
