Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost-control decisions.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch talent and ensure KPI targets.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure high client satisfaction, SLA adherence, and performance metrics.
