Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow a client-focused staffing branch. You will develop business plans to win new clients, retain existing accounts, and drive profitability while overseeing recruitment, training, and performance of the branch team.

The role requires strong relationship management, sales leadership, and strategic planning. You will coordinate with HR, Operations, and Finance to deliver top service and meet KPIs, SLAs, and growth

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Ensures all agreed-upon client requirements (operational and contractual) are met and in line with SLAs.
• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews.
• Coaches, trains, and mentors Recruiters and manages branch performance to meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Manages branch P&L, budget, forecasts, and recruitment strategies.
