Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding new client relationships and strengthening existing ones. You will manage P&L, recruitment strategies, and branch budgets while leading a high-performing team to deliver excellent service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include developing business plans, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and SLAs. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years direct sales experience preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience in a sales or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute plans to grow and retain accounts.
• Manage P&L, budget and cost control for the branch.
• Lead recruitment, training and development of branch staff.
• Ensure high client and candidate satisfaction and SLA adherence.
• Perform monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
• Oversee credit references, pay/bill rate negotiations and compliance.
