Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for building business plans to win new clients, grow the bottom line, and recruit and develop top talent. You will manage market sales plans, branch P&L, and cost control while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will establish growth plans for accounts, review client requirements and SLAs, lead daily supervision of recruiters, and drive improvements in processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, with direct sales experience preferred.
• Experience in personnel service or staffing is a plus.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Manage day-to-day performance, coach recruiters, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, and revenue/expense forecasting.
• Conduct regular client reviews and negotiate terms, rates, and credit; ensure compliance.
• Lead recruitment efforts and build local relationships with colleges and workforce centers.
