Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to drive new client acquisition, strengthen existing relationships, and manage branch P&L. You will recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will develop sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and deliver regular business reviews to executives. The role demands strong communication, planning, and leadership in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service-focused team.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally; able to present to groups.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, win new clients, and strengthen client relationships.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; coach recruiters.
• Improve processes to reduce service costs while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership and key stakeholders.
