Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage the branch P&L, and lead recruitment and client services. The role focuses on expanding accounts, supervising a sales-oriented team, and delivering top-notch service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include developing business plans, setting pay/bill rates, onboarding new customers, and maintaining regulatory compliance while coaching recruiters and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews with the client and program teams.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories.
• On-board new customers, including terms and conditions, risk assessment, and pay/bill rate negotiation.
• Manage branch P&L and budget controls.
• Coach recruiters and manage day-to-day performance.
• Ensure compliance with licenses and notices and collect outstanding accounts receivable.
• Develop recruiting strategies and build local relationships with colleges and staffing resources.
