Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to build and execute business plans, attract new clients, grow the bottom line, and oversee P&L. The role includes recruiting, training, and developing branch staff while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will establish growth plans, oversee pay/bill rates, conduct monthly reviews, and maintain strong relationships with HR and operations across client accounts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts while expanding the client base and winning back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLA targets are completed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction via regular communication and business reviews with clients and program teams.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs; develop revenue and expense forecasts.
• Recruit, train, coach recruiters, and develop top talent within the branch.
