Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to grow and retain client accounts, manage branch P&L, and lead a team of recruiters and staff. You will oversee client relationships, set competitive pay/bill rates, and ensure service levels meet SLAs while driving growth.

The role emphasizes strategic account management and team development. You will collaborate with sales leadership, review performance metrics, and foster a high-performance culture to deliver top-tier staffing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years of direct sales experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories and monitor SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L and execute cost-control decisions.
• Develop recruitment strategies and on-board new customers including terms, risk, and fees.
• Coach recruiters and monitor KPI metrics and service levels.
