Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Branch Manager in Texas to lead sales, service, and operations at the local branch. You will coach a team, drive growth, and build strong community relationships while modeling Wellby’s core values.

You will collaborate with financial advisors and real estate partners to meet revenue targets, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional member experiences through a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business development or related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) – five (5) years of banking and/or retail experience required.
• Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated sales experience in a financial services, banking, or retail environment required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch to achieve or exceed sales goals and develop the team.
• Coach team members on sales, service, and operations to drive performance.
• Represent Wellby in the community to strengthen local relationships and drive business development.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors, Real Estate Partners, and other partners to grow branch revenue.
• Ensure operations comply with policies, procedures, and regulations.
