Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• OR an Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;
• OR a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability; prior supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing‑oriented sales skills
• Comfort working in a performance‑driven retail banking environment
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in driving branch performance, customer relationship growth, and operational excellence.
• Coach and develop team members to meet sales and service goals.
• Ensure consistent Woodforest Experience across teller, platform, and digital interactions.
• Embrace a technology‑forward retail banking experience for customers and staff.
• Maintain compliance, cash controls, and branch operations with attention to detail.
