Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of credit union or bank retail banking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Leadership experience in a banking environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch manager in achieving profit, performance, and customer service goals.
• Oversee branch operations and staff to ensure excellence in customer service.
• Manage deposits, lending pipeline, and referrals with quality controls.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and develop tellers and personal bankers to meet performance goals.
• Prepare branch reports for manager review and decision making.
