Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales, service, and operational excellence at the Midland branch. You will coach staff, foster accountability, and build member relationships while representing Wellby in the local community.

The role emphasizes collaboration with partners and ongoing development of staff to meet growth and budget goals in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3)–five (5) years of banking and/or retail experience
Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience
Demonstrated sales experience in a financial services, banking, or retail environment
Bondable
Teller, personal banking, vault management experience recommended

Responsibilities

Lead the branch in achieving or exceeding sales goals and operational performance.
Coach team members on best practices, accountability, and customer service.
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and security.
Develop and execute growth strategies with Financial Advisors, Real Estate Partners and other stakeholders.
Drive adoption of digital banking tools to improve engagement and efficiency.
Recruit, hire, and train qualified branch staff for long-term development.
