Job summary

Wellby Financial in the Greater Houston area seeks a Branch Manager to lead sales, service, and operations at the branch level. You will coach a team to meet goals, while actively managing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and building local relationships to drive business development.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in financial services, strong coaching skills, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business development or related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) – five (5) years of banking and/or retail experience required.
• Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated sales experience in a financial services, banking, or retail environment required.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch to achieve sales goals including checking accounts, new memberships, lending, and referrals.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales, services and operational goals.
• Ensure team follows a relationship-building process and engages members effectively.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide feedback for performance improvement.
• Represent Wellby in the community and build partnerships to drive growth.
