Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in business development or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in credit union/bank retail banking is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Knowledge of retail banking operations (teller, member service, loan origination).

Responsibilities

• Support Branch operations and provide coverage as part of Retail Experience portfolio.
• Help with process improvements and implementations.
• Open new member deposit accounts and handle loan applications as needed.
• Maintain positive member and team relationships and uphold service standards.
• Lead district activities and participate in community engagement.
