Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of banking and/or retail experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business development or related field preferred.
• Experience leading branch teams and driving sales goals.

• Lead the branch in achieving or exceeding sales goals across checking, new memberships, lending, and referrals.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional member service and tailored financial solutions.
