Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to build and execute plans that bring in new clients, nurture existing relationships, and grow profitability. You will lead recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing branch team while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, managing SLAs, performing monthly reviews, and driving branch revenue and expense forecasts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth in responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to expand and maintain client relationships and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff and improve service levels.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams; monitor pay/bill rates and credit controls.
