Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching to drive sales and service excellence.
• 4 years sales management in Retail or Branch Banking with profit-and-loss accountability.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and deadlines.
• Delivers an outstanding customer experience and builds community partnerships.
• Complies with SAFE Act requirements including background checks and unique identifier.
