Citizens Bank in Attleboro, MA seeks a Branch Manager to lead a team toward superior customer experiences and strong sales performance. You will guide branch operations, coach staff, and foster relationships with local customers and community partners to drive growth.

As a visible brand ambassador, you will oversee performance, develop colleagues, and execute strategic plans while leveraging digital tools to enhance mobile and online banking access for customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing teams to drive sales, service, and operational integrity in a high-volume branch.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals, deadlines and branch targets in a profit and loss environment.
• Drive an exceptional customer experience validated through customer satisfaction surveys.
• Maintain strong partnerships with community & civic organizations.
• SAFE Act requirements including background checks and NMLS identifier.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail banking experience.
• Talent sourcing & assessment.
