Citizens is seeking a Branch Manager in a high-volume retail banking environment to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales and branch goals. You will foster community relationships and drive talent development while ensuring operational integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in sales management, and the ability to coach teams to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching to drive sales excellence and world-class customer service
• Proven track record of sales management in retail or branch banking
• Ability to manage objectives in meeting sales goals and branch goals in a P&L environment
• Experience building customer relationships and partnerships with the community
• Compliance with SAFE Act background checks and identifiers from NMLS
• Retail banking experience
• Talent sourcing & assessment skills
