Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and managing branch P&L. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team while delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and clients.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or account management.
• 2 years of direct sales experience with a track record of increased responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new client relationships and plan revenue.
• Manage client requirements, SLAs and ensure service excellence.
• Lead branch team performance, coach recruiters and improve processes.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgets and cost controls.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and coordinate with vertical teams.
