Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding relationships, and delivering strong P&L performance. You will recruit, train, and mentor a branch team while ensuring top-tier service for candidates and clients.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, sales background in a personnel service organization, and supervisory experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with staff and clients.
• Experience in a sales/service organization with a track record of growth.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to win new business and expand existing ones.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and drive customer satisfaction.
• Lead branch team performance, coaching recruiters and staff.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs while forecasting revenue and expenses.
• Oversee collections, credit references, and risk assessments for new clients.
• Create and pursue recruitment strategies and on-site day-to-day operations.
