Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will lead recruitment, training, and branch operations, while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or personnel services with supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets and are fulfilled.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations and HR managers.
• Monitor pay and bill rates based on skill categories.
• Lead branch P&L and cost control decisions.
• Develop recruitment strategies and recruiting activity as needed.
