Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive new client acquisition, deepen existing relationships, and lead a high-performing branch team. You will manage budgets, P&L, and recruitment efforts while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement in processes and service levels across the branch. Extensive leadership and sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales/service context.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain accounts; develop new clients and expand revenue.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; monitor costs and KPIs.
• Ensure client satisfaction and SLA adherence; conduct regular reviews.
• On-board new customers: terms, risk, credit, and invoicing processes.
• Maintain branch operations, compliance, and licensing requirements.
• Drive branch growth through local partnerships and recruiting channels.
• Coach recruiters and optimize recruitment processes.
