Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year supervisory/management experience in a sales or service role.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop new client relationships and meet SLA targets.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost controls.
• Coach and develop recruiters; manage day-to-day performance and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, licenses and credit checks; lead monthly reviews.
