Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruit strategies, and branch P&L management. You will recruit, train, and develop top talent while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5+ years in sales or staffing, and at least one year of supervisory experience. Build plans, monitor budgets, and strengthen relationships across accounts for strong KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth in responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to expand client relationships and win back accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Monitor pay and bill rates, on-board new customers, and manage terms, risk, and credit assessment.
• Lead branch daily operations, coach recruiters, and drive performance metrics and KPIs.
• Develop branch revenue/expense forecasts, establish budgets, and support long-range growth plans.
• Oversee collections and maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
