Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, strengthening relationships with current accounts, and delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients. You will supervise and develop a high-performing branch team while managing P&L and recruiting strategies.

The role emphasizes achieving KPIs, improving processes, and maintaining strong client satisfaction. You will partner with sales leadership to understand client needs and align staffing solutions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service oriented staff.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, cost control, and recruitment strategies.
• Lead and develop branch staff, coaching recruiters and support teams.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and monitor credit references.
