Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, grow and retain key client accounts, and manage branch P&L. You will recruit, train, and develop the branch staff while delivering top-level customer service to clients and candidates.

You will drive sales through strategic planning, rate negotiation, and compliance with labor laws, maintaining strong client satisfaction and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop client relationships, and drive sales growth.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control.
• Coach and develop branch team, including recruiters.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service levels; conduct monthly reviews.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate pay/bill rates, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain relationships with client HR/Operations and provide stellar customer service.
