Job summary

You will head recruitment, training, and development of the branch team, while managing P&L, budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Operations, and Procurement to drive results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience in sales or service.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing new and existing client relationships.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met while maximizing account performance.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, cost control, and KPI tracking.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and monitor pay/bill rates.
