Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. The role focuses on delivering top-client service, managing P&L, and guiding recruitment strategies across the branch.

You will lead a team, coach recruiters, and ensure KPI targets and SLAs are met while negotiating terms and maintaining strong client relations. This is an on-site leadership role within a dynamic staffing environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new clients and expand existing ones.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews with client and program teams.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations to drive growth.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs; develop revenue and expense forecasts and budgets.
• Lead, coach, train, and mentor recruiters; monitor KPI metrics and SLAs.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk assessment, rate negotiations, and hire fees.
