Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales growth, client retention, and branch profitability. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while delivering excellent service to clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts while expanding client base and ensuring SLA alignment.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost control to hit KPIs.
• Recruit, coach, and develop recruiters; monitor performance and KPIs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and regular business reviews with stakeholders.
• Oversee recruitment operations, on-boarding, terms, and credit assessments.
• Lead process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Drive pay/bill rate strategies and ensure compliance with policies.
