Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding new client relationships and strengthening existing ones. You will lead a branch team, manage budgets and P&L, and ensure excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and develop top talent while maintaining high client satisfaction. This role requires strategic planning, performance management, and strong communication across HR, Operations, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; plan to win new clients and reduce churn.
• Manage branch P&L, budget and cost controls to meet KPIs.
• Lead, coach and develop recruiters; monitor performance.
• Coordinate pay/bill rates and credit references with clients.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
