Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand client base and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls; monitor pay/bill rates.
• Coach and develop recruiters; ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership and client contacts.
• Maintain client relationships with HR, Operations, and procurement teams.
• Oversee recruiting operations, on-boarding of new customers, and compliance.
• Lead branch recruitment strategies and local recruiting partnerships.
