Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, manage the branch P&L, and develop a high-performing recruitment team. The role emphasizes strategic planning, budget discipline, and delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will establish account plans, collaborate with HR and Operations, and ensure SLA adherence while driving cost controls and workforce development. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position within a dynamic staffing environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing plans to expand client base and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Lead day-to-day activities of the branch team, coaching recruiters and managing performance.
• Develop branch revenue and expense forecasts, budgets, and growth plans.
• Oversee recruitment efforts and on-boarding of new customers and associates.
