Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008; background and credit checks required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members; provide direction and recommendations to customers.
• Act as leader for customer experience and expand the customer base by promoting products and services.
