Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of banking/financial services experience, or branch management experience.
• Basic knowledge of business banking products, Treasury Management services, and Digital Banking.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel throughout assigned market.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day branch operations while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales and customer service staff to achieve performance goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase deposits, loans, investments, and other banking products.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and sales activities.
• Monitor branch sales performance and prepare regular reports on goals and results.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
