Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy Texas branch, delivering exceptional service and hospitality while driving deposits, investments, and community engagement. You will coach a team, manage operations, and uphold high standards of integrity in line with Chase's values.

You will oversee branch performance, implement strategic plans, and ensure regulatory compliance, working with a team of banking experts to meet clients' financial needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Comfort with technology and introducing new banking solutions to clients.
• Commitment to operational integrity and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch by sharing a clear vision and embodying Chase's culture of service and excellence.
• Lead the branch to grow deposits and investments using Branch Scorecard insights.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships.
