Required is a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience, with proven leadership and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of related experience or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and develop a atmosphere of teamwork, open communication and unity; oversee all services; mentor staff and ensure training, evaluation and motivation.
• Manage daily branch teller line operations to ensure professionalism, consistency and efficiency; build accountability within each team member.
• Perform quarterly reviews; ensure compliance with branch audit requirements; train on updates and changes.
• Foster a positive environment that encourages growth, feedback and engagement while upholding mission and values.
• Deliver superior service to satisfy clients and guests; create an experience reflecting the bank's culture and community commitment.
• Develop and nurture profitable relationships for the bank while minimizing risk; proactively identify new opportunities.
• Advise clients on solutions benefiting them; educate on bank products, services, and processes.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager to align operations with organizational goals; build strong internal relationships across the organization.
• Engage with the community; participate in outreach and events.
• Follow Loan Policy and Guidelines for originating, underwriting, and closing loans.
• Adhere to bank policies and conduct required compliance training and meetings.
