• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with daily operations and staff supervision.
• Coach staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Ensure compliance with credit union procedures.
• Use member data to promote products and services.
• Lead initiatives to increase branch productivity and profitability.
• Write and administer performance reviews and communicate policy changes.
• Assist as Vault Teller and manage cash and platform staff.
