You will help drive exceptional client service, manage scheduling and coaching, and participate in sales activities to promote bank products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of banking experience preferred.
• 1+ year of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Adherence to regulatory compliance and personnel policies including BSA and information security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations in absence of Branch Manager.
• Assist in development, training, and performance evaluation of branch staff.
• Provide product and service training to clients and staff; assist with account migrations and loan support.
• Serve as back-up for teller line operations and handle overrides with appropriate authorization.
• Assist with branch growth initiatives and product development projects.
• Travel to other branches or meetings within the region as needed.
