Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding client relationships, managing the branch P&L, and leading a team of recruiters. You will develop sales strategies, recruit top talent, and deliver excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will oversee retention, performance metrics, and operational excellence while aligning with corporate standards and regional objectives. This role focuses on sustainable revenue and client satisfaction across the branch network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, with direct sales experience preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience in a sales or service team is expected.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to expand client base and win back lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff; coach recruiters and monitor KPI metrics.
• Manage branch P&L, budget planning, and cost control; develop revenue forecasts and growth plans.
• Oversee credit references, billing, and collection processes; ensure compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings; communicate effectively with vertical teams and client contacts.
