Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients. You will manage P&L, budgets, and recruitment strategies while leading a high-performing branch team.

You will build strong client relationships, monitor performance against KPIs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients, aligning with SLA targets.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Lead and develop branch team, coaching recruiters and staff to meet KPIs.
