Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy office, drive growth with new and existing clients, and manage the branch P&L while delivering top-notch candidate and client service. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team and ensure adherence to budgets, SLAs, and compliance.

The role requires sales leadership, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with HR and operations partners.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, with all staff levels.

Responsibilities

Grow and retain accounts and win back lost clients.
Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
Maintain high client satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
Manage branch P&L and budget; control costs.
Develop recruitment strategies and lead branch recruitment activities.
Coach and develop recruiters; monitor KPIs and SLA performance.
On-board new customers, including terms, risk assessment, and billing negotiations.
