The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding services with existing ones. You will lead a branch team, manage performance, and ensure top-tier service levels across clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; two years direct sales experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand and win back clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Manage day-to-day performance, coach recruiters, and optimize processes to reduce service costs.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgets, and forecasting; monitor claims and ensure compliance with notices and licenses.
• Conduct monthly meetings to review KPIs, performance, and career goals; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
