Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, grow new and existing client accounts, and drive branch P&L. You will recruit, train, and develop talent while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will monitor performance metrics, manage pay and bill rates, and maintain strong relationships with HR and Operations stakeholders. This role demands strategic planning and execution across recruitment, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to win new clients and expand existing ones.
• Balance client requirements with SLA targets and ensure satisfaction.
• Review KPIs and provide regular performance feedback to teams.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Lead monthly business reviews with key clients and program teams.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiation.
• Maintain compliance with notices, licenses, and client credit requirements.
