Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in the pest control industry.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, align with goals, KPIs, and drive profitability.
• Grow, train, and develop management and staff; maintain training records.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including licensing, safety standards, and laws.
• Manage customer escalations and employee relations, resolve issues promptly.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute company initiatives and drive improvements.
