Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club in Chicago, IL seeks a General Manager to lead all sales, fitness, and operations. You will drive membership enrollment, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional member experiences while delivering profitability.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, payroll, and compliance, with collaboration across regional and corporate teams to optimize the club’s performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a managerial role leading teams.
• Experience with trend reports and basic math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage clients and team with welcoming energy.
• Boxing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly revenue targets through membership enrollment and retention.
• Foster and maintain a high-performing team aligned with mission, vision, and values.
• Oversee scheduling, daily/weekly goals, and monthly/quarterly performance evaluations.
• Facilitate ongoing training to ensure proficiency in sales, operations, fitness, and TITLE brand standards.
• Collaborate with Regional Leadership and Corporate to drive the sales funnel and new memberships.
• Cultivate an energetic, community-focused club culture that delivers member satisfaction and profitability.
• Delegate, oversee and lead all club operations and member engagement.
• Monitor club appearance to maintain a clean, friendly environment.
• Lead interviewing, training, scheduling, and payroll on start.
• Ensure compliance with state & federal employment laws.
• Meet/exceed key performance indicators through regular reporting.
